Certified Imago therapist
Imago – integrative relationship therapy – provides a structure for dialogue where both people can be heard without either losing themselves.
About Eva
For more than 30 years Eva Berlander has taught therapists, business leaders, couples and individuals. She weaves humour, hope and awareness into her sessions and lectures.
Eva's work revolves around the critical connections between our brain, our consciousness and our relationships. It rests on scientifically grounded strategies that help people build stronger and more loving relationships, weaving together interpersonal neurobiology, communication, leadership and resilience.
Two ideas recur in her teaching. The receiver's place – the notion that communication is decided by how it lands, not only by how it is said. And MWE, the many "I"s held within one "we", a reminder that closeness never requires us to erase ourselves.
Her ability to inspire and teach reaches far beyond the clinic. The material is designed to strengthen individuals, couples and groups in their search for better understanding, deeper connection and lasting success.
In private life Eva has been married to Sven since 1993, and together they have two grown-up sons. At the institute she is joined by her faithful therapy dog Zoe, whose presence contributes to the safe and warm atmosphere that characterises the work.
Background
Imago – integrative relationship therapy – provides a structure for dialogue where both people can be heard without either losing themselves.
Mental training provides concrete methods for focus, recovery and for consciously directing attention towards what works.
IPNB explains how the brain moves towards integration – and why secure relationships change both health and performance.
The ability to stay present with what arises in us, instead of immediately trying to get rid of it, is the foundation of resilience.
Our vision is to create a better world – one individual, one couple and one group at a time.

Purpose
Meeting yourself and others with curiosity rather than judgement is the doorway to change.
Learn to activate the brain and focus on what you can actually influence.
Conflicts become opportunities when the perspective shifts to: "How exciting!"
We work by magnifying what is good, not only by correcting what is broken.
The online courses make the method available whenever and wherever you like – at your own pace.
